Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the firm in a broad range of activities, coordinating all aspects of marketing and business development efforts
• Manage all aspects of response to RFQ/RFPs, closely collaborating with leadership
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Research and prepare materials for client interviews
• Assist with new business/client development efforts
• Create engaging graphic and written content for marketing materials and distribution of marketing materials via direct mail, email, social media and other outlets
• Manage CRM tool
• Manage all social media accounts and website updates
• Assist in budgeting and tracking marketing expenses
• Coordinate with external vendors for print advertising and other marketing materials

• Minimum 5 years experience in AEC industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
• Graphic design experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
• Ability to multi-task with multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong organizational, creative, and communication skills
