Bishop & Company is seeking a Temporary Marketing Automation Manager for our client in the financial services industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing automation professional who thrives at the intersection of technology, data, and customer engagement. In this role, you will serve as the organization's primary subject matter expert for marketing automation, leading email marketing strategy, campaign execution, customer segmentation, reporting, and platform optimization.
The ideal candidate brings strong Hub Spot expertise, hands-on experience managing sophisticated email marketing programs, and a passion for leveraging data and AI to enhance customer communications.
What You'll Do- Lead Marketing Automation & Email Strategy
- Serve as the organization's marketing automation expert.
- Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns, automated workflows, lead nurturing programs, and customer journeys.
- Update and refine campaign workflows as business needs evolve.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop targeted email campaigns, landing pages, and A/B testing strategies that improve engagement and conversion.
- Enhance lead scoring methodologies and campaign performance through ongoing analysis and optimization.
- Manage customer segmentation and maintain high-quality marketing data to support personalized communications.
- Create KPI dashboards and performance reports for internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Help define the future marketing automation roadmap, including opportunities to incorporate AI-driven capabilities.
- Manage Marketing Data & Reporting – maintain the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of marketing automation and CRM data.
- Develop and support the back-end data architecture of the marketing automation platform.
- Provide insights and reporting to support marketing performance and revenue-generating initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data management, reporting, and platform-related projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing email marketing and marketing automation programs within Hub Spot.
- Demonstrated experience developing automation strategies, executing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics.
- 3+ years of experience with email development using HTML/CSS.
- Strong expertise in audience segmentation, campaign analytics, and performance optimization.
- Experience with marketing technology platforms, CRM integrations, and data hygiene best practices.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across marketing, data, technology, and business teams.
Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically $40.65-$58.00 /hour. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
