The Support Services Manager is responsible for marketing and promoting of the credit union.
Marketing Strategy & Planning – Develop and execute the Credit Union’s overall marketing strategy, annual marketing plan, marketing calendar, and budget in alignment with organizational goals.
Advertising & Campaign Management – Plan, develop, and manage marketing campaigns and promotions that support membership, deposit, loan, product, and service growth.
Brand & Communications – Manage the Credit Union’s brand and oversee all member and public communications, including advertising, promotional materials, newsletters, signage, and other marketing content.
Digital Marketing – Oversee the Credit Union’s website, social media, email marketing, digital advertising, and other digital channels to increase engagement and strengthen the Credit Union’s online presence.
Community & Public Relations – Manage community outreach, sponsor ships, events, public relations, and promotional activities that enhance the Credit Union’s visibility and reputation.
Department & Vendor Management – Supervise, train, and develop the Marketing staff while managing marketing vendors, agencies, media partners, and other outside resources.
Analytics, Research & Compliance – Monitor marketing performance, market trends, and member needs; evaluate campaign effectiveness and return on investment; provide recommendations to management; and ensure marketing activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and Credit Union policies.
Represent HCFCU in community events, as appropriate.
Actively participate in credit union functions.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a financial institution.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common marketing, graphic design, social media, email and analytics platforms.
Previous management or supervisory experience required.
Must be able to communicate (both in oral and written form) effectively and professionally to internal and external customers
Must be analytical, organized, detail oriented and able to meet deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications of Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
