Position: Marketing & Communications Specialist (Permanent)
Location: Honolulu
Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 annually (depending on experience)
Local company seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing & Communications Specialist to lead the execution of marketing, communications, and branding initiatives across the organization. This role serves as a key partner to internal departments and external vendors, helping to strengthen brand awareness, drive engagement, and support organizational goals through integrated marketing efforts.
Job Information:- Lead and coordinate marketing and communications initiatives across multiple departments.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, print, television, and event channels.
- Create and manage content including advertisements, social media posts, email campaigns, press releases, flyers, and other marketing materials.
- Serve as the primary liaison between departments, leadership, and external marketing and media partners.
- Support website content management and maintain accurate, engaging online communications.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, website activity, and marketing KPIs to provide recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate marketing support for events, sponsor ships, community outreach activities, and trade shows.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications, marketing materials, and promotional efforts.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, designers, media partners, and other service providers.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Three or more years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field preferred.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of branding, digital marketing, social media platforms, content creation, and campaign management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with tools such as Canva, Word Press, Photoshop, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
