Schedule: 4 shifts per week (rotating days), 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM
Kahu Malama Nurses is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:- Administer medications and treatments to residents.
- Perform ongoing assessments and monitor resident conditions.
- Develop, coordinate, and document individualized care plans.
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants as needed.
- Serve as unit coordinator during assigned shifts.
- Ensure accurate documentation and continuity of care.
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and nursing standards.
- Current Hawaii RN license in good standing.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Completion of TB clearance, background check, fingerprinting, and drug screening.
- Ability to manage resident behaviors and provide appropriate support.
- Professional communication and teamwork skills.
