• Monitor patients’ conditions and assess their needs
• Provide 1:1 nursing care per individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and injections per physician’s orders
• Document care accurately in patient charts
• Educate patients and their families on healthy habits, medications, and follow‑up care
• Collaborate with physicians, family members, and care teams
• Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and health protocols during home visits
• Be ready to respond with sound clinical judgment in emergency situations
• Offer emotional support and build trusting relationships with patients and families

• Active RN license in Hawai‘i
• Proven Experience As a Registered Nurse (home Health Preferred)
• Excellent clinical, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage field‑based assignments
• Compassionate, patient‑focused, and reliable
• Strong understanding of health and safety guidelines, emergency care, and nursing procedures
• BSc or diploma from an accredited nursing program
