- Setting: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Unit (CCU)
- Position: ICU Registered Nurse (RN), Travel Nurse / Travel Nursing Contract
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 2/16/2026 – End: 5/18/2026)
- Hours per Week: 36 (Guaranteed: 32 hours/week)
- Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts
- Number of Openings: 2 ICU RN positions
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,020 - $2,130
- Work Type: On-site (hospital-based critical care nursing job)
- Active Hawaii Registered Nurse (RN) license required prior to contract start
- Minimum 1 year of recent ICU or critical care nursing experience (ICU RN, CCU experience preferred)
- Ability to float to Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) units as needed
- Willingness to work consecutive weekends when required
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Strong clinical skills, critical care assessment, and adaptability in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU/CCU
- Continuous monitoring, assessment, and documentation of patient status and responses to interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams (physicians, respiratory therapy, pharmacy) to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide safe patient handoffs, participate in rounds, and escalate changes in patient condition appropriately
- Float to PCU or Med-Surg units during periods of low ICU census and maintain competence across units
- Follow hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection-control procedures while delivering compassionate patient and family-centered care
