Always Best Care Senior Services is actively hiring compassionate Nurse Aides (NAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide one‑on‑one care for seniors in their homes throughout Oahu.

Unlike facility‑based work, this role allows you to build meaningful relationships with clients while delivering personalized, in‑home support that enhances their comfort, safety, and quality of life.

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Medication reminders
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Transportation to appointments and errands when needed
• Observe and report changes in client condition
  
  Follow individualized care plans to ensure safety and well‑being

• Active Hawaii Nurse Aide (NA) registration or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
• Completion of a state‑approved NA/CNA training program
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Reliable transportation to client homes
• Valid driver’s license preferred (not required for all assignments)
