Always Best Care Senior Services is actively hiring compassionate Nurse Aides (NAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide one-on-one care for seniors in their homes throughout Oahu.

Unlike facility-based work, this role allows you to build meaningful relationships with clients while delivering personalized, in‑home support that enhances their comfort, safety, and quality of life.

Starting pay is $21/hour, with opportunities for higher earnings through premium shifts, overnight care, weekend coverage, and specialized assignments.

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Medication reminders
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Transportation to appointments and errands when needed
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Follow individualized care plans to ensure safety and well‑being

• Active Hawaii Nurse Aide (NA) registration or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
• Completion of a state‑approved NA/CNA training program
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Reliable transportation to client homes
• Valid driver’s license preferred (not required for all assignments)
