We are currently expanding our team in Kailua and are seeking compassionate, reliable Nurse Aides (NAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who want to make a tangible, positive impact on our local kupuna and families.
We offer full-time hours or a flexible part-time schedule to accommodate personal commitments and help build a rewarding career path.
Responsibilities- Assisting clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and essential medication reminders.
- Providing meaningful companionship and emotional support to brighten each client's day.
- Observing, tracking, and reporting any subtle changes in a client’s physical health or behavioral well-being.
- Ensuring safe, reliable transportation for clients to medical appointments, grocery errands, and community outings.
- Collaborating effectively with families and our internal care coordination team to ensure excellent, consistent care.
- Completed training as a Nurse Aide (NA) or an active Hawaii state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Prior experience working with seniors or in a home care setting is a plus, but a compassionate heart and a strong work ethic are what matter most.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable personal transportation.
- Ability to safely assist clients with transfer, lifting, and mobility tasks.
- Strong communication skills, independent problem‑solving abilities, and a collaborative team mindset.
