DescriptionLocation: Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Oahu, HI
OverviewEnvision Age Inc. is seeking experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurses (RN) to support a federal healthcare contract at Tripler Army Medical Center in Hawaii. This role supports a high-acuity military treatment facility providing care to active-duty service members, veterans, and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care to laboring patients and newborns
- Perform and document physical assessments of pregnant patients and newborns
- Monitor fetal heart tones and interpret fetal monitoring results
- Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries
- Support physicians during obstetric procedures and emergency situations
- Administer medications and IV therapies as ordered
- Provide post‑anesthesia and post‑delivery care
- Educate patients and families on care, recovery, and newborn health
- Document all care in electronic medical records
- Associate Degree in Nursing (or higher) from an accredited program
- Active, unrestricted RN license (any U.S. state)
- Minimum of 1 year of Labor & Delivery RN experience within the last 2 years
- BLS certification (AHA required)
- ACLS certification (AHA required)
- NRP certification required (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Full-time (up to 80 hours bi-weekly)
- 8, 10, or 12‑hour shifts
- Rotating day and night shifts
- Weekends and federal holidays required
- 24/7 unit operations
- Position is on-site at a Military Treatment Facility (no telework)
- May be required to rotate between Labor & Delivery and related units
- Must meet DoD health, immunization, and credentialing requirements
- This is a mission‑essential role
