Restorative Nurse Aide (R.N.A.) - Overview

What You’ll Do- Empower residents through personalized restorative programs that support physical, emotional, and social well-being
- Encourage independence through mobility training, grooming, dressing, and daily living skills
- Assist with range of motion exercises, positioning, transfers, and adaptive techniques
- Build meaningful connections while promoting dignity, respect, and self-worth
- Observe, document, and communicate changes to ensure the highest quality of care
- Partner with nurses and leadership to create a safe, supportive, and uplifting environment
- Restore confidence in those rebuilding their strength
- Bring comfort and care to those who need it most
- Help individuals maintain as much independence as possible
- Create moments of dignity, joy, and connection every single day
