• Empower residents through personalized restorative programs that support physical, emotional, and social well-being
• Encourage independence through mobility training, grooming, dressing, and daily living skills
• Assist with range of motion exercises, positioning, transfers, and adaptive techniques
• Build meaningful connections while promoting dignity, respect, and self worth
• Observe, document, and communicate changes to ensure the highest quality of care
• Partner with nurses and leadership to create a safe, supportive, and uplifting environment

• Restore confidence in those rebuilding their strength
• Bring comfort and care to those who need it most
• Help individuals maintain as much independence as possible

• CPR and First Aid certification
• At least one year of experience in long term care
