• Provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric patients, including assessment, monitoring, and documentation of changes in condition.
• Administer prescribed medications and therapies, including IVs and injections, within scope of practice.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the broader care team to develop and adjust patient care plans.
• Perform routine nursing procedures, wound care, and vital sign monitoring; respond to emergencies in a timely manner.
• Maintain thorough and accurate charting in the electronic health record and ensure proper handoffs during shift changes.
• Promote patient safety, infection control, and proper use of medical equipment; educate patients and families as appropriate.

• Active Hawaii RN license required prior to start of contract
• Ability to work rotating shifts and weekends as needed
• Willingness to work in a travel temporary assignment within a short-term acute care hospital
• Minimum scheduling expectation aligns with rotating shifts and 40-hour weeks when possible
• Prior clinical experience in long-term care (LTC) and acute care settings is desirable
