Waikiki Private Hospital is seeking Enrolled Nurses to join our Theatre, Endoscopy and Ward teams in part‑time and casual positions. These roles are fundamental to delivering exceptional patient care across our surgical and clinical environments. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work alongside Registered Nurses and medical staff to provide high‑quality nursing care, maintain patient safety, and support the smooth operation of our healthcare facility.

Based in Waikiki, WA 6169, these part‑time / casual positions offer flexibility whilst maintaining your contribution to our patient‑focused private hospital.

• Providing direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses, including monitoring vital signs, assisting with hygiene and comfort measures, and responding to patient needs.
• Assisting with preparation and positioning of patients for surgical and endoscopic procedures.
• Maintaining accurate and timely patient records and documenting care provided.
• Supporting the clinical team during procedures, including passing instruments, maintaining sterile fields, and ensuring equipment functionality.
• Assisting with patient recovery and post‑operative care.
• Communicating effectively with patients, families and healthcare team members to promote positive outcomes.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Contributing to compliance with infection control and safety protocols across all areas.
• Supporting Registered Nurses with clinical tasks and ward duties as assigned.

• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Experience in theatre, endoscopy, recovery or acute ward environments, or willingness to undergo further training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to patient safety and infection control procedures.
• Ability to work flexibly within a part‑time arrangement and adapt to changing clinical demands.
• A compassionate approach to patient care with the ability to respond sensitively to patient concerns.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
