• Reliability and a team-first “we not me” spirit
• Current State of Hawaii Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Certification (Out of state applicants: we ll point you to Hawaii certification steps)
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents, clients, and members safely, including standing, bending, and prolonged walking or standing
