As a Vivia assistant, you’ll work one-on-one with clients in your designated neighborhood, building meaningful relationships and helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. You’ll be part of a supportive team
, work a consistent full-time schedule, and even receive a company car to help you travel easily between client homes. Vivia CNAs/Nurse Aides are responsible for assisting with daily living activities consisting of:

• Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and continence care.
• Preparation of simple meals.
• Help with light housekeeping/laundry.
• Assistance with transfers, ambulation/range of motion.
• Support during physician visits, errands, and shopping.
• Medication reminders
• Ensuring living environment is safe and healthy.

Location: Oahu, Hawaii Applicants must currently reside on Oahu or be relocating to Oahu in the near future

In addition to benefits, our Vivia assistants CNAs or Nurse Aides:

• Receive a COMPANY CAR + gas reimbursement
• Earn $23 PER HOUR + Bonuses
• Work a CONSIST ANT FULL TIME schedule
• Receive GUARANTEED 40 HOURS except during some holidays
• Work DESIGNATED NEIGHBORHOOD(S)
• Work with a CONSISTENT GROUPS OF CLIENTS
• WORK CLOSELY and are SUPPORTED by a designated team leader and scheduler.

Licenses/Certifications:

• Completion of a Nurse Aide training program or certification (we accept Active, Out of State and Inactive licenses or certifications)
  • CNA license/certification is NOT required.
  • Completion of Nurse Aide training program IS required.
• Current Valid Driver's License (required)
• Current CPR/First Aide certification (preferred)
• 1 year of caregiving experience (preferred)

Other:

• Currently residing on or moving soon to Oahu, Hawaii
• Received a high school diploma or equivalent education
• Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screening
• Comfortable driving on Oahu
• Ownership of a smartphone and access to email
• Full-time:
  Must be available to work 5 days a week (days vary depending on nurse aide/caregiver)
