Straub is home to the Pacific Region's only multidisciplinary burn treatment center. The hospital consistently brings new technologies and innovative medical practices to Hawai'i, such as minimally invasive cardiac surgery and total joint replacement.
The Resource Team provides quality, comprehensive patient care in an assigned facility, covering for regular staff members that, for a variety of reasons, are unable to attend to their normal positions. The Resource Team provides clinical and nursing support and encompasses a broad skill set that enables members to float to various areas in the hospital or clinic. Our flexible and dynamic members celebrate the job diversity that comes with working in different health care units, and are committed to delivering the highest quality care to patients and their families.
As the Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to provide professional and compassionate nursing services to the Straub community through the assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation of patient care in our Resource Team. You will also function as an associate to a charge nurse and begin to assume charge nurse responsibilities with time. We are looking for someone with excellent patient care and communication skills and a commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai'i's people.

Minimum Qualifications:
Current Hawai'i Registered Nurse license. Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR card. One (1) year recent Registered Nurse experience in an acute care setting in Critical Care, Emergency department setting, Telemetry or ambulatory care Cardiology (Treadmill).
Preferred Qualifications:
Two (2) years recent Registered Nurse experience in Medical/Surgical setting. Current American Heart Association Pediatrics Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) CPR cards.
