Always Best Care Senior Services is actively hiring compassionate Nurse Aides (NAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide one-on-one care for seniors in their homes throughout Oahu.

Unlike facility-based work, this role allows you to build meaningful relationships with clients while delivering personalized, in-home support that enhances their comfort, safety, and quality of life.

Starting pay is $21/hour, with opportunities for higher earnings through premium shifts, overnight care, weekend coverage, and specialized assignments.

Primary Responsibilities

* Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care)

* Provide companionship and emotional support

* Medication reminders

* Meal preparation and light housekeeping

* Transportation to appointments and errands when needed

* Observe and report changes in client condition

* Follow individualized care plans to ensure safety and well-being

Qualifications

* Active Hawaii Nurse Aide (NA) registration or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

* Completion of a state-approved NA/CNA training program

* Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work independently and follow care plans

* Reliable transportation to client homes

* Valid driver's license preferred (not required for all assignments)
