RN Coordinator – Cardiology
Location: Honolulu, HI
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (schedule may vary)
Pay: $54–$67/hour
Start Date: September 2026
Are you an experienced Cardiac, ICU, or CCU RN looking to transition from bedside nursing into a coordinator role? We are seeking an RN Coordinator to join a growing Cardiology team supporting patients undergoing evaluation and treatment for aortic stenosis and TAVR (Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement) procedures
In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between patients, providers, and the multidisciplinary care team. Responsibilities include reviewing referrals, evaluating patient records for procedural eligibility, coordinating testing and appointments, and guiding patients through the care continuum.
Responsibilities- Review patient referrals and medical records for aortic stenosis and TAVR procedures.
- Coordinate patient evaluations, appointments, diagnostic testing, and follow-up care.
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to facilitate timely patient care.
- Communicate with patients and families regarding appointments, procedures, and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record.
- Assist in identifying patients who meet clinical criteria for specialty cardiac procedures.
- Serve as a resource and advocate for patients throughout the care journey.
- Active Hawai‘i RN license
- ADN or Diploma required; BSN preferred
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS (PALS may be obtained within 3 months of hire)
- Minimum three (3) years Pediatric, OB/GYN, or Adult Medicine nursing experience
- ICU, CCU, Cardiac ICU, Cath Lab, Cardiology Clinic, or Structural Heart experience, preferred
- Current Two-Step TB/Chest X-Ray Clearance (within 1 year)
- N95 Fit Test
- Proof of vaccinations:
MMR,TDAP,Varicella,COVIDand FLU
