Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specialized in Medical Surgical to provide exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate must hold an active Hawaii RN license and be flexible to work rotating shifts, including consecutive weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Monitor patient condition, administer medications, and document actions accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management.
• Adhere to all hospital policies, safety protocols, and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Hawaii RN license before the start date.
• Demonstrate minimum of one year of recent medical-surgical nursing experience.
• Possess excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Be able to work rotating shifts including weekends as required.
• Maintain current BLS certification.
