Nurse Aide / CNA Floater

Position: $24-$25/hr – Oahu. Part‑time or full‑time, weekly pay, flexible scheduling. This floater role supports clients across Oahu. No fixed location; you will work with different clients and step in where coverage is needed. Ideal for caregivers who are flexible, dependable, and comfortable adapting to different home environments, and aiming to take on multiple shifts each week.

• Assist clients with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Provide mobility support and safe transfers
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Monitor and report changes in condition
• Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and outings
• Cover open shifts, call‑outs, and new client assignments across Oahu

• Active Hawaii Nurse Aide (NA) or CNA certification
• Completion of in‑person skills training
• High availability and willingness to work multiple shifts / longer hours
• Flexible and willing to travel across Oahu
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Strong communication skills and a heart for helping others
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically able to assist with lifting and mobility tasks
