• Provide direct patient care on a medical-surgical unit, including assessment, monitoring, and timely response to changes in patient conditions.
• Administer medications and therapies as ordered, document administration, and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Develop and update individualized care plans, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and communicate changes to physicians.
• Perform patient and family education, discharge planning, and coordination of care with external providers as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record and ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and privacy policies.

• Active Hawaii RN license required prior to start of contract
• Must be able to work consecutive weekends as needed
• Availability to work 3/12’s rotating shifts
• Travel eligibility for a 13-week assignment in Honolulu, Hawaii
