Overview

Licensed Practical Nurse – Long Term Care in Honolulu, Hawaii. This travel assignment begins 09/21/2026 for 13 weeks. You will be scheduled for 40 hours per week on rotating shifts, with a guaranteed minimum of 32 hours. The role is in a Short Term Acute Care Hospital setting.

• Administer prescribed medications and therapies in accordance with facility policy and maintain accurate documentation.
• Monitor patient status, perform routine assessments, and report changes to the supervising nurse or physician.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, mobility, and comfort measures as needed.
• Support care planning through documentation, timely charting, and coordination with the health care team.
• Adhere to infection prevention, safety protocols, and patient privacy regulations; respond to clinical alarms and calls.
• Participate in rotating shifts and weekend coverage as required to ensure continuous patient care.

• Active Hawaii LPN license prior to start of contract.
• Graduate of an approved Practical Nursing program.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
• Scheduled to 40 hours per week with a guaranteed minimum of 32 hours.
• Prior LPN experience in a hospital or acute care setting is preferred.
