• Assist in implementing best practice models and patient care delivery systems.
• Support investigations into patient/family/member concerns regarding care.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to achieve optimal patient care.
• Allocate resources in clinical areas for appropriate assignment and utilization.
• Supervise the use and maintenance of equipment, supplies, and medications.
• Maintain clinical expertise and provide clinical supervision.
• Delegate tasks aligned with scope of practice.
• Perform clinical duties as required.
• Ensure compliance with the Nursing Practice Act and regulatory standards.
• Foster open dialogue and mentor team members for performance improvement.

Education:

• Associate's Degree (ADN) required

Experience:

• Leadership experience in a clinical setting preferred

Licenses &

Certifications:

• Current RN License in Hawaii
• BLS certification required
