KCH MS/Tele Department RN
We are seeking a skilled Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse (MS/Tele RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with medical and surgical conditions requiring cardiac and continuous monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patients and provide individualized nursing care based on their conditions and needs.
- Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and changes in patient condition.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as ordered.
- Assist with procedures and coordinate care with physicians and the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and families on treatments, medications, and discharge instructions.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow safety and infection prevention standards.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN license in the applicable state.
- Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
- Previous Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, or acute-care nursing experience preferred.
