A leading construction firm seeks an experienced Quality Control Manager in Honolulu, Hawaii to oversee the implementation of the Quality Control Program for NAVFAC Design-Build projects. This role requires a minimum of ten years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, and USACE/NAVFAC certification or the capability to obtain it. The QC Manager will report to the Project Manager and will independently handle quality issues, inspections, and maintain compliance with federal standards.
