Hawaii Coffee Company is seeking a Mill Process Coordinator in Honolulu, HI. The role reviews, audits, and ensures compliance with documented milling processes at our Kona Mill to maintain quality, safety, and efficiency.
You will update SOPs, identify process gaps, and propose improvements. Responsibilities include data entry into ERP, conducting regular audits of bean receiving, grading, roasting, and inventories, and reporting findings with actionable recommendations to management.
