You will ensure IWPs meet SSA requirements and that ENs deliver described services, with timely follow-up and corrective actions when needed.
Responsibilities include audit scheduling, data gathering, and reporting findings to leadership and ENs, plus supporting ENs in ticket assignment/unassignment and ensuring PIIs are safeguarded.
