• Prospect for, follow up with, present to, and service buyers and sellers, converting leads into appointments, appointments into listings and buy‑sell agreements, and agreements into accepted purchase contracts.
• Develop expert knowledge of mortgage financing, neighborhood information, schools, and all matters related to home ownership.
• Provide high‑level fiduciary needs analysis and coordinate a time‑efficient home search and home sale process.
• Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real‑estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close, coordinating with the Transaction Coordinator.
• Effectively negotiate on behalf of all buyer and seller clients.

• Demonstrated knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high‑achieving listing agent, with a passion for client needs.
