Resident Services Coordinator: Community Leasing Lead

Hickam Communities is seeking a Full-Time Resident Services Coordinator in Honolulu, HI. You will assist with move-ins/move-outs, coordinate resident inquiries, and uphold community standards while maintaining curb appeal and coordinating events.

You will support the community center, manage resident relations, and handle leasing activities. A high school diploma or GED is required, with a preference for an Associate’s degree and property management exposure.
