A Postdoctoral position is available in Dr. Michele Carbone’s and Dr. Haining Yang's laboratories, located at the University of Hawai’i Cancer Center on the John
A. Burns School of Medicine campus, Kaka’ako, Honolulu, Hawai’i.
Dr. Carbone’s and Yang's groups focus on different aspects of gene‑environment interactions in the pathogenesis of malignant mesothelioma. This research is sponsored by several grant agencies, including the NIH‑NCI.
The post‑doctoral position requires a PhD or M.D. from an accredited college or university. A background in Biology, Immunology, Genomics or Molecular Biology supported by publications in high‑impact‑factor journals is preferred. PhD candidates may apply but must submit evidence of PhD completion upon hire.
MONTHLY SALARY RANGE: $4,701 - $6,416.67 based on expertise.
