Location – 15 Craigside

• Full‑Time (40 hours per week) – 4:30 am to 12:30 pm shift; 5 days a week with 2 days off; must be able to work weekends & holidays

• $19.17 to $20.44 hourly

• Prepares meals according to planned menus and standardized recipes in a sanitary manner to ensure quality with minimum waste.
• Reviews food menus and work orders to determine type and quantities of food to be prepared and to identify all foods required for therapeutic diets before preparation.
• Preps, measures and mixes ingredients according to recipes.
• Assists driver with preparation of meals and loading and unloading of items for delivery.
• Portions and arranges food and distributes to waitstaff to be served.
• Follows proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes.
• Labels and dates all food items in accordance with food storage chart.
• Receives, checks‑in, dates and stocks deliveries in appropriate areas.
• Ensures food products are cooked and served in compliance with State of Hawaii Department of Health sanitation standards.
• Performs the necessary duties for emergency drills and situations such as fire, fire alarms, hurricanes, and other possible emergencies as outlined in the Disaster Response Playbook.
• Interacts with residents/clients and co‑workers with patience, understanding and kindness in accordance with the Arcadia Family of Companies mission and core values.
