Jack In The Box - Up to $27.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Lead and train restaurant staff to deliver WOW guest experience by consistently providing quality food, excellent service, and a clean and safe restaurant environment for JIB guests.;
Ensure all orders' timeliness, quality, and accuracy; conveys a sense of urgency.;
Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns and complaints and ensures a positive resolution.;
Recruits, selects, trains, develops, and evaluates restaurant employees; ensure staffing levels are sufficient to ensure proper scheduling, service to guests, and development of the restaurant team.;
Utilizes management information tools to analyze restaurant operational and financial performance; focuses on increasing restaurant sales and profitability.
