- Hourly Rate: $17-$19 + 2% Monthly Commission

Provide food and beverage service to Club members and guests in the Club’s dining outlets while ensuring they receive proper, attentive, courteous, and professional service. This role plays a key part in delivering a refined lunch dining experience that reflects the Club’s high service standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality, courteous food and beverage service in a clean and pleasant dining environment.
- Maintain proper uniform standards and personal cleanliness; complete all opening and closing shift duties.
- Greet guests promptly and courteously, using member names whenever possible.
- Demonstrate thorough menu knowledge, take orders accurately, make recommendations, and operate the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages at appropriate temperatures using proper service sequence and presentation.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service and prompt resolution of issues.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining rooms, service stations, and work areas in accordance with Club standards.
- Communicate with the manager regarding guest complaints, compliments, or when leaving the assigned station.
- Answer dining room phones professionally and provide accurate Club and dining information.
- Attend scheduled meetings, adhere to assigned work schedules, and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Work weekends and holidays as required and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Fine dining experience preferred.
- Wine knowledge preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- TB clearance required.
- Valid Gray liquor card required.
This role requires flexibility and availability to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and extended hours as necessary to meet operational demands and ensure exceptional member and guest experiences. Work hours are driven by business needs rather than a fixed schedule.
Shift: 5:30am-2:30pm.
- 20–40+ hours per week, including some holidays and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
