** The Server is responsible for providing professional meal service to residents, ensuring excellent customer service, proper food handling, and maintaining a clean, safe dining environment. The role includes dining room setup and cleanup while meeting hospitality and service standards. The Server collaborates with dining team to promote excellent food, food handler safety, and organizational goals while fostering a culture of malama, accountability, compassion, and continuous improvement.####

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Take food and beverage orders.
* Enter orders into the Point of Sale (POS) system.
* Serve meals and beverages according to established standards.
* Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly.
* Deliver meals to resident apartments as needed.
* Complete assigned side work and dining room duties.
* Assist with greeting and seating residents and guests.
* Help train and orient new employees.
* Maintain cleanliness and safety using a  clean as you go  approach.
* Respond promptly and courteously to resident requests.

Minimum Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Previous customer service experience (1 year preferred, not required).
* Annual tuberculosis clearance required.
* Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
* Ability to read, write, and speak English.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
* Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.
