As a Butcher at Sura Hawaii, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring our guests enjoy the freshest, highest-quality ingredients.

• Preparing and cutting meats to precise specifications for our Korean BBQ menu.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the meat preparation area.
• Monitoring and ensuring the quality and freshness of all meat products.
• Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience as a butcher or in a similar role.
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of meat preparation techniques.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• A reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
