Restaurant Manager

The Restaurant Manager role at L&L Hawaiian Barbecue is a full-time, on-site position based in Honolulu, HI. The Restaurant Manager oversees daily restaurant operations, including supervising, training new franchisees, food service, and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. This role is responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, handling guest concerns, and supporting team members in delivering consistent, high-quality service.

The Restaurant Manager also participates in hiring and training staff, monitoring inventory and ordering supplies, and assisting with scheduling, cash handling, and adherence to company policies and health regulations. In addition, the role collaborates with leadership to meet sales goals, control costs, and uphold the L&L Hawaiian Barbecue brand standards.

• Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a commitment to creating a positive guest experience.
• Experience in Hiring, including interviewing, onboarding, and training team members to support effective restaurant operations.
• Effective Communication skills to interact clearly with guests, team members, and leadership, and to provide clear direction and feedback.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including food safety, quality control, and basic restaurant financials.
• Previous supervisory or management experience in restaurants or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Honolulu, HI, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in hospitality or restaurant management are a plus.
