To help keep up with this growth we are looking for an outstanding Hawaii Store Representative.
OverviewProvide World‑Class Customer Service to our customers and employees. Ensure no or minimal wait times for customers to complete orders ntain a clean, brand‑aligned and in‑stock store throughout the day. Have a basic understanding of all Melaleuca products and services and be able to articulate benefits and uses to our customers. Increase average orders through sales techniques, including but not limited to product education and upselling by face‑to‑face contact with customers.
Responsibilities- Assemble and display product specials and graphics in a pleasing professional presentation
- Ensure desired amounts of product are on the shelves by ordering and checking inventory levels and stocking as necessary
- Answer customer inquiries and questions with knowledgeable and professional assistance
- Perform suggestive sales by recommending additional products or tools (e.g., books, tapes, specials, etc.)
- Log customer orders accurately and courteously by inputting correct data and being familiar with all products, policies, and procedures
- Fill accurately over‑the‑counter orders by taking the invoice from the printer, locating items on the shelf, and bagging the order for the customer
- Maintain a clean professional store atmosphere by cleaning, arranging, and displaying products
- Assist the Coordinator with cash reconciliation, and balance the tills each day
- Follow proper opening and closing physical security routines
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed
- Thorough knowledge of company policies, procedures, and the marketing plan
- 10 key by touch
- 40 wpm typing
- Detail‑oriented work and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze problems and create solutions
- Ability to work independently and professionally and follow through on projects
- Ability to prioritize and organize
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive areas
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under stress
- Standing, sitting, or walking for the duration of shift
- Manual dexterity for duties such as stapling, collating, sorting, filing, typing, writing, etc.
- Manual dexterity for duties such as wiping, dusting, cleaning, toting, etc.
- Communicate (hearing & speech) with individuals in person and by phone in a tactful and courteous manner
- Visually read reports, computer screen, bottles, products, batch numbers, etc.
- Computerized accounts receivable experience
- Good math skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide)
- Strong customer relation skills for conflict situations
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs
- Pulling, stretching, bending, and lifting for the duration of shift
- Ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy
- Ability to climb stairs
- Word processing, graphics and spreadsheet skills
- Ability to lift 40–70 lbs
- Work overtime as needed
