Position: Assistant Store Director
Location: Honolulu, HI (On-site, Multiple Store Locations; ability to cover other locations on Oahu is required)
Pay: $66,400/year
Experience: At least 5 years in the supermarket/grocery industry is required. Prior management experience is preferred.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
Type: Full-time;
Direct Hire.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift
Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking an Assistant Store Director to join a growing and dynamic team!

- Support daily store operations and ensure execution of company standards and policies.
- Act as Store Director when assigned or in their absence.
- Lead and supervise store teams to ensure smooth staffing and operations.
- Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and effectively.
- Oversee cash handling, inventory control, and operational accuracy.
- Assist with training and development of store associates.
- 5 years in the supermarket/grocery industry with prior management experience.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
- High accuracy in cash handling and operational processes.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and support other locations when required.
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to obtain TB clearance.
