Fabletics is currently looking for a Seasonal Store Associate for our Fabletics Store at Int'l Marketplace in Honolulu, HI! What makes this job FAB? Collaborate with an energetic Store Manager, supportive leaders, and a dynamic team of associates who are all about helping customers live their passion. You'll become part of a close‑knit crew, united in hitting ambitious goals and driving the business to new heights. This position will report to the Store Manager and is expected to run for 3‑4 months with potential to extend.

• Embodyle culture and values; provide insight to customers on how to live their passion.
• Actively engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of our products.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store, including store events & promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s purchase journey.
• Participate in providing feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Strive for excellence, meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain all safety and security standards and communicate potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required; boxes can weigh 10‑30 lbs.

• At least 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment (preferred).
• Knowledge and familiarity of active‑lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store environment.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self‑motivated, good communicator.
• The ability to multi‑task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours; open to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Physical stamina to move, talk, hear, reach, grab, and stand for at least two consecutive hours; may occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or climb ladders.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

• Hourly wage between $16.00–$16.50, depending on experience.
