Summary

The Senior Boutique Director leads all aspects of boutique performance for the Waikiki and Ala Moana locations, including sales generation, store operations, and team and client development. This role drives achievement of annual sales goals across all product categories while ensuring outstanding client service and operational excellence. The Director partners with HR and corporate teams to manage staffing, budgets, merchandising, events, inventory, and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve annual boutique sales goals across all product categories.
  • Lead and develop the leadership team and Sales Associates to drive client development and individual sales.
  • Ensure exceptional client service and oversee in-store promotions, trunk shows, and events to increase traffic and sales.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll compliance, and boutique operating budget.
  • Partner with Human Resources on recruitment, hiring, and employee relations.
  • Oversee visual merchandising and product knowledge development in coordination with Merchants and Training.
  • Lead operational processes including shipping & receiving, inventory, aftersales, and loss prevention.
  • Review operational reports, manage commercial expenses, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular management meetings, emergency procedures, and problem-solve to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Oversee both Waikiki and Ala Moana boutique locations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of boutique management experience.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and luxury clientele.
  • Proven ability to develop, motivate, train, delegate, and follow up with leadership and store teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time in a fast-paced environment; travel as needed.
  • Availability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays and to operate required equipment.
  • Ability to understand and apply company policies, security, and inventory procedures.
