Summary
Cosmetics Beauty Advisor responsible for delivering personalized skincare and makeup consultations to customers at the Ala Moana store. Acts as a product expert for luxury beauty lines, building client relationships and driving sales performance. Maintains merchandising standards and a professional presentation of the beauty floor.
Responsibilities- Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to meet client needs and sales goals.
- Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up, clienteling, and sample programs.
- Maintain merchandising, inventory, and product displays to brand standards.
- Execute sales transactions accurately and support store operations during peak periods.
- 2+ years of experience in retail cosmetics or luxury beauty sales preferred.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
