Please note: For this role, we are looking for availability from 6:30 AM both during the week and on weekends.

A day in the life…

• Shifts start as early as 3am.
• Receive, unload freight, unpack and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner following quality standards.
• Prepare and ship customer’s orders following quality, packing and shipping standards.
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan, process and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
• Assists in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Provides general support to the store, e.g., set up special events, organize backroom, markdowns, and relocate store fixtures.

Standard Physical Requirements

• Continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, including bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching.
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling.
• Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting above the head.
• Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
• Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Pay Range

Pay offers are dependent on location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. $17.90 – $18.60 per hour

Commission for most selling employees varies by merchandise sold: apparel, shoes, and accessories sales range from 3% to 14.5%; beauty and men’s fragrance sales typically receive 3%.
