Inventory Specialist

Part Time Inventory Specialist, Entry Level

Part Time hours as needed to address operational needs. Days and Hours will vary and holiday black out dates will be enforced. Flexible hours can be negotiated.

Reports to:

Assistant Store Manager, Store Managers

Will process all incoming and outgoing inventory. Will work closely with various team members and vendors to process inventory, restock floor, organize stockroom. Attention to detail non-negotiable. Needs to have a positive attitude, be flexible and adaptable.

• Shopify experience recommended but willing to train the right person

• Process incoming and outgoing inventory on Shopify
• Receiving Inventory
• Create and Print SKUs
• Tag Inventory
• Write out inventory sheets
• Communicate with staff via various platforms
• Inventory Reconciliation as necessary
• Inventory Counting as necessary
• Floor coverage as needed
• Customer Service – Be knowledgeable about products and corresponding vendors
• Travel between locations to deliver and pick up inventory twice a week
• Hawaii Drivers License and clean driving record required
