Par Pacific Holdings, Inc. seeks a Sr. Customer Service Associate for one of our HELE convenience stores. In this role, you will provide prompt, courteous service at the gas pump and at the checkout, support a clean and organized store environment, and help build a positive relationship with customers and teammates. The work is fast‑moving, and the successful candidate will enjoy a fun, respectful and dynamic workplace that values heart, integrity, creativity and respect.

• Consistently provide prompt and courteous customer service, including assistance at the gas pump.
• Accurately ring up all sales on the POS system and comply with all cash handling procedures.
• Manage all cash and other forms of tender, including coupons.
• Adhere to company policies, store procedures, safety and environmental policies.
• Receive, stock, and organize merchandise.
• Assist in maintaining proper inventory levels and complete shift audits.
• Participate in all safety programs and trainings; attend mandatory meetings as needed.
• Perform cleaning duties to keep the site inside and out, including basic upkeep of equipment and identification/reporting of equipment problems.
• Work collaboratively with other employees to contribute to a positive work environment.
• Perform all duties with minimal supervision; may be required to work flexible hours and other assigned tasks.

• Stand and/or walk for an entire shift.
• Use 20/40 vision (corrective lenses acceptable) to read inventory levels, stock items, and operate gas pumps.
• Communicate information clearly to others.
• Follow safety procedures, including responding to alarms and contacting 911.
• Perform frequent reaching, gripping, wrist movement, and finger dexterity to restock items, operate POS, and maintain store grounds.
• Frequent squatting and kneeling for replenishment tasks.
• Push or pull loads up to 20 pounds using a hand‑truck.
• Lift 20 pounds or less from floor to waist, overhead, or short distances.
• Occasionally lift in excess of 50 pounds if required.
• Climb ladders to access materials or signs as needed.

To meet the basic qualifications for this role you must be at least 21 years of age and have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship or transfer.

• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales and cash handling preferred.
• Perform basic math accurately.
• Ability to communicate in English (oral and written), including telephone skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and arrive on time.
• Ability to use equipment, tools, and materials as required.
• Capacity to perform essential duties under described working conditions.
