• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing action plans using the Open Door Policy.
• Operates forklifts safely, following company standards and guidelines, to pick up, move, place, and position merchandise pallets.
• Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources while collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations.
• Receives stock and organizes merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers throughout the facility, managing inventory flow and handling equipment appropriately.
• Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying member needs, and offering guidance and support regarding self‑service technology and purchasing decisions.
• Maintains the safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, and disposing of hazardous materials safely.
• Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation, zoning the area, stocking, rotating merchandise, and setting up displays while ensuring prominent display of promotional and seasonal merchandise.
• Ensures club pick‑up orders are filled by assisting with picking, staging, and auditing orders within acceptable time frames.
• Tracks and displays goods in safe, correct ways and uses inventory tools to control shrinkage in a timely manner.
• Operates and maintains forklifts in safe, correct ways, reporting unsafe conditions and alerting management when forklifts are not working properly.
• Proactively identifies customers who need help, engages them, and assists with technology services and items while identifying shrink opportunities and fixing problems.

• 90 days of prior experience with forklift certification.
• Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Experience supervising a team.
