In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the daily operation of a retail store, from merchandising and product launches to meeting and exceeding sales objectives. You will ensure customers receive an extraordinary experience with our products and services. You will receive best‑in‑class paid training and will coach a team of retail sales consultants, helping them meet sales and service goals.
Responsibilities• Oversee daily store operations, including merchandising, product launches, and sales objectives.
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience in services, entertainment, and technology.
• Coach and develop a team of retail sales consultants to achieve sales and service goals.
• Manage store staff, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on initiatives beyond store operations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
- Prior management experience.
- Well‑developed planning, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
- Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
Store managers receive a competitive salary and can earn additional monthly commission dollars by meeting and/or exceeding store sales objectives. Our retail store managers earn between $55,000 and $68,800 in annual salary plus $22,000+ in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. Salary may vary by geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
