Stylist - PT - Bloomingdale's Ala Moana

THE ROLE

As an All Saints Stylist, you are the fundamental link between our products and customers. You will spend the majority of your day on the shop floor, styling and influencing customers, and gaining experience in visual merchandising, general store operations, and personal shopping. You will work closely with your management team, helping the store reach its targets and ensuring our stores look fabulous at all times.

• Style customers in our latest collections, share product knowledge, and provide exceptional brand experiences.
• Maintain the store’s aesthetic, ensuring product is readily available and floor sets & standards are upheld.
• Handle stock replenishment, deliveries, and digital orders using digital tools to support the customer journey.
• Make service decisions for customers to resolve issues while retaining loyalty and trust.
• Place the customer at the heart of everything, working collaboratively as one All Saints team.
• Greet customers and tailor your approach to support their visit. Keep staff areas maintained to a high standard with pride.
• Support and observe peers, seeking feedback for growth and development.

• Friendly and attentive, interacting with customers worldwide to deliver exceptional service.
• Awareness of our brand, style, and values; support and influence peers and customers.
• Can‑do attitude and enthusiasm for customer interaction.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, able to work quickly, empathetically, and under pressure.
• Tech savvy – process transactions and deliveries using in‑store digital tools.
• Active awareness of brand campaigns, lookbooks, and new product launches; passionate ambassador for All Saints.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• A love of fashion and belief in the power of a great outfit.

Rate: $17.50 USD/Hour plus bonus potential. Part‑time hourly role.

Our North America region includes 71 retail locations across the U.S. and Canada, with a flagship store in New York City. We are primarily based in Los Angeles studios, bringing our brand’s aesthetic to West Hollywood, CA.
