The Beauty Counter Manager leads sales and service for an assigned beauty brand at the store counter, combining selling and teaching to maximize results. • Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products to meet customers' beauty goals
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges and open new customer loyalty accounts to build repeat business
• Maintain counter organization, cleanliness, and a customer-ready presentation

• Passion for beauty and trends with strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to connect with customers, handle concerns empathetically, and contribute to a positive team environment
• Results-oriented mindset and comfort working in a commissioned sales environment with drive to meet goals
